Either you arrive during Iloria Bretagne opening hours and we invite you to come to our office located on the quay, near the harbour master's office. Or you arrive outside opening hours and you can settle straight in on board your boat using the welcome information sent to you by email a few days before your arrival.
When and how do I take inventory?
The inventory is carried out as soon as you arrive on board. It is compulsory. We advise you to do it carefully and, if possible, with all the crew members. You'll find the supporting document in a pocket on the chart table. In this way, you can familiarise yourself with the boat and inform us of any shortcomings when the technician takes over. The Iloria welcome booklet on the chart table also contains information on the special features of the water.
Once the inventory has been taken, the boat is put in hand by an Iloria technician. The team will tell you the time. This is an opportunity to identify the boat's specific features, particularly in terms of electricity, electronics, sails and engine, and to ask any questions you may have. In the documents on board, you'll find all the administrative documents for the yacht (registration document, insurance certificate, radio licence, etc.).
